The Naichi archipelago (内地列島) is a group of 6,852 islands that form 80% of the land area of Yamatai. It extends over 3,000 km from the Tartaric Ocean in the north to the Sea of Yashima in the south-east, along the western border of the Varunan Ocean. It is part of the wider Yashiman archipelago cultural-geographic region.
